Order
1 The Court delivered the judgment of 29 March 2023, Tinnus Enterprises v EUIPO – Mystic Products (Fluid distribution equipment) (T‑555/21, not published, EU:T:2023:177).
2 In accordance with Article 164(1) of the Rules of Procedure of the General Court, it is necessary to rectify, in the version in the language of the case, clerical mistakes found in paragraphs 10, 11 and 12 of that judgment.
On those grounds,
THE GENERAL COURT (Tenth Chamber)
hereby orders:
1. In paragraph 10 of the judgment, in the version in the language of the case, ‘... in paragraph 9 above.’ must be read instead of ‘... in paragraph 10 above.’.
2. In paragraph 11 of the judgment, in the version in the language of the case, ‘... in paragraph 10 above ...’ must be read instead of ‘... in paragraph 11 above ...’.
3. In paragraph 12 of the judgment, in the version in the language of the case, ‘... in paragraph 8 above ...’ must be read instead of ‘... in paragraph 9 above ...’.
