1        The General Court has delivered the order of 3 March 2017, GX v Commission, (T-556/16 EU:T:2017:139).

2        In accordance with Article 164(1) of the Rules of Procedure of the General Court, it is necessary to rectify, in the language of the case, the clerical mistake in paragraph 20 of that order.

On those grounds,

THE GENERAL COURT (Third Chamber)

hereby orders:

In paragraph 20 of the order, in the language of the case,

‘The action must therefore be declared to be admissible.’

should be read instead of

‘The action must therefore be declared to be inadmissible.’
